• Regular inspection of our offices identify and address potential hazards. We require our landlords to inspect our facilities for any potential safety hazards. We also inspect our work procedures to ensure that they are safe and compliant with all applicable regulations.
• Encouraging employees to report any health and safety concerns they have. We have a confidential reporting system in place, so employees can feel comfortable reporting concerns without fear of retaliation.
