Can I offer discounts too? Or, do my customer not qualify?
Absolutely! Each Builtfirst listing can include a discount.
Can I onboard my own providers, or am I limited to the AppDirect Catalog?
You can showcase your own providers in your storefront and manage both existing and new providers via the Seller tab. You'll also have access to the Builtfirst Catalog with pre-negotiated software and service discounts.
Can I build my own front-end or access an API?
Yes! You can either white-label our templated themes or build a custom front-end using our API.
